I had placed an order and I noticed that my order had not been shipped as quickly as before. However, I took it in stride because I know that sometimes unforeseen situations can happen for businesses as well. I felt confident that the shop would still come through in spite of the delay and they most certainly did! The punch drunk design team reached out to me to first before I had even thought about reaching out to them regarding my order. They apologized for the delay and explained the reason behind the delay. I told them it was not a problem at all. They fixed the issue and they made sure that I had a super positive shopping experience with them and I definitely did! Excellent customer service, high quality products, and super fun designs! I highly recommend this shop! I can’t say enough good things about them!
